next linux step: leave the linux world for several years because of macosx and macports, 2004

next linux step: back to linux, debian 6 (squeeze), setting up a apache-mysql-php5 server on an asus barbone, 2010

next linux step: found out that macosx gets more and more commercial gimmick (dislike itunes, appstore, apples update policy, ..., dislike lion).

bought a lenovo S205 netbook, testet Linux Mint 11; sold macbook 13" pro.

next linux step: shrink macosx partition on my 27" imac, installed Linux Mint 11 on my imac.

by the way: i'm a teacher and in addition responsible for a small windows network (14 pc's)
