UNIX/Linux enthusiast and para-geek since 1999. Linux Redhat 9 was first foray into Linux. Then came Xandros Linux, then Mandrake, then SuSE and then Ubuntu. Blinded by the Cupertino, California light in 2010, back to Linux and BSD.

cool-retro-term
"Running Cool-Retro-Term on a MacBook Pro Early 2011 Intel i5 2.4GHz, 8GB RAM. Runs stably. It can be run in all four workspaces too. Each can have it's own profile. So switching between workspaces feels like switching between virtual terminals. Absolutely loving this application. Yes, it does (out of a weird sort of deference) feel like the days of Dennis Ritchie, Ken Thompson, Richard Stallman, Linus himself and Burners-Lee."

"Very easy to use. Very useful for creating tutorials or for diagnoses of issues....thus an audio-visual aid. Good work."
