On LM 18 Cinnamon it seems that doesn't work well with systemd. isn't it?

Alas on Linux MINT 18 I tried this and it looks nothing like image. Most of the listed services have a long GUID listed as the first line not a nice text description. Ugly as. Wonder why?

This is a dangerous tool in the hands of a newbie. The descriptions could be more polished (some are sentence case, others are not), settings are not saved, and I'm not sure what the icons to the right represent exactly (tooltips or a legend would be nice).
