org.freefilesync.FreeFileSync
"Yes, abdunnafialif, you can do automatic sync in at least two different ways. One is using cron to start the job you want. The other is using RealTimeSync that comes with FreeFileSync. I have been using this software for several year now and I only have good things to say about it."

wine-installer
"I get mad when I read comments like those by starpepsi, bellow. Yes, wine is far from a perfect tool, but it is really, really useful. And it is FREE. There are many windows applications that run smoothly on it. Nevertheless, some will not run. That's how life is. I have seen applications that do not run OK even on MS Windows itself! And paid ones, for that matter. Besides, if people want to have commercial suport, they can buy, for instance, CrossOver, from CodeWeavers. Or just use MS and stop complaining about free as in "free gift" (and remember that gift horse story)."

whatsapp-desktop
"Update: I did what jpmunix suggested and it worked. Nerverthelesse, I have decided not to use it because of what Jayotea mentioned. I want take no risk. Back to Telegram and perhaps WhatsApp web interface. Same problem here. As of hours ago, whatsapp insists that I have to update Google Chrome (which has always been up to date). No matter what I do, it comes back to this same screen and request. It looks like a hairy bug. (By the way, I don't like WhatsApp averall. I do prefer Telegram. But it was working good considering its inherent defficiencies)."

vim
"Awesome! Beause of this, I chuckle when I read a comment like that by Hammer549. I use every and modern editors, but none -- none at all -- beats vi (or vim) when you have a dirty task at hand. If you can't see this, either you have never had something complex to accomplish with an editor, or you did it labouriously by hand when vi could have done it for you hands down."
