I'm 12 years old boy from Finland. I know pretty much about computers for my age, or at least many people say so. 
I downloaded Linux one year ago, when I wanted to try something new, and I didn't like Windows. First, I used Ubuntu, but then I heard that Linux Mint is better. I tried it, and I liked it. Since then, I've used Linux Mint. (Except when I tried Arch Linux for few weeks) I am interested in programming, (I can code pointless programs with Python) animating, drawing, writing, reading, gaming and watching TV/movies. So, I am nerd.

| zeitgeist "I kind of understand this. It logs everything you do, but only uses these logs to give information about things you do to other software. For example, you listen song with ExampleMediaPlayer. Then Zeitgeist logs it and gives log file to AnotherMediaPlayer, so you can see what music you listened with ExampleMediaPlayer, using AnotherMediaPlayer. Hope you understand what I mean. But, it's still technically a spyware, and if you care about your privacy enough, you might want to remove Zeitgeist. I removed it, because I don't need to share my information with other programs, and I don't want spyware, even if it is "legimate" spyware. Spyware is spyware." |

| gimp "Very good free software. :) GIMP can do almost anything that Photoshop can do, it just can be more difficult. But hey, it's free, and for free software, it's absolutely five stars program, because there is no better free image editing program. ^^ Also, every GIMP user should read Lifehacker's article about Photoshop-like image manipulations with GIMP: http://lifehacker.com/5864755/top-10-photoshop-tricks-you-can-do-without-buying-photoshop Anyway, great program.
