I always loved computers and electronics. I started at around 6 years old, playing with transistors and integrated circuits. That was... back in 1976. I had my first computer at age 11, in 1981: the Commodore VIC-20. And the Commodore 64 one year later. I did some word processing on the first Apple Macintosh, in the 80s. I worked on electronic publishing and design with the Apple Macintosh Plus, and later on the Apple Macintosh LC, and Apple Macintosh LC 475, and Apple Macintosh Power PC. That was from 1988 to 2002. I was back on Windows in 2013, after 10 years off track. I switched to Linux Mint since 2017.

"Great. Complete, but not overfilled. Design? Not bad. It doesn't look very good at first, because you get this huge empty white space, plus this blank bar at the bottom. But all you have to do is shrink the window to the minimum. This works well. And then the top buttons are now at the bottom, and it all looks good. If you want further improvements, just change your GTK theme... P.S.: this window geometry gets saved, of course, so now it always looks great each time i open this clock. :)"

"I only used the --notification for some clickable status icon in the system tray, so far. But it works good and the whole thing looks pretty amazing."

"It works perfectly. It's perfectly simple, childish. There aren't a lot of functions, but it's very easy to use. No bugs."

inkscape
"Excellent! But i am talking about the latest version from the PPA: version 1.0.2. This version (1.0.2 and up) has HSL defined with 0-360, 0-100, 0-100 values. Much better. And many other improvements. And less bugs. But you have to trust this PPA... You can get the latest here: https://inkscape.org/. Click on DOWNLOAD > Current Version. Click on GNU/Linux. Click on Personal Package Archive for Ubuntu. Follow instructions."

"Can’t find it? If so, type "gprename" in your Terminal to open it. Better: add this to your Applications menu.Vous ne le trouvez pas? Alors tapez "gprename" dans le Terminal. Mieux: ajoutez-le à votre menu Applications."
