| banshee "Very buggy and crashy, if I get it running it usually doesn't work properly. I've tried many things via different Linux forums to solve the different problems and it still doesn't work properly. At least now it works if I start it with command line. Was much more stable with Mint 16, now I'm using Mint 17 (both are 64-bit Cinnamon), and somehow Banshee doesn't run very well with Mint 17, I've heard that this is due to some changes made in Ubuntu 14.04. Please fix it. It is good player otherwise and it has good potential, but it is currently unusable. If it would be more stable, I would probably give it 4 stars. Because of this crashing I've moved to Audacious and Amarok, at least until Banshee is usable again." |

| chromium "Great browser, no difference to Google Chrome. However, this should be updated quicker, as Chrome is usually updated to newer version far before Chromium. Doesn't seem to have possibility to read PDF files, it just downloads them, these tow factors considered I give it 4 out of 5. It has good base, but there's room for improvement." |

Reminds a bit of foobar from Windows world with better functionality and nicer GUI. I use this as main audio player, and I've been really impressed, it's simple, but functional and easy to use.
