"Good application, should still be easier to use..."

openshot
"Very nice application, but the panning and ken-burns (zooming) options should be easier to use. Also adding a picture/video in a window on to the video or placing a video side by side should be possible. The chroma-keying should also have more options, like smoothing, cropping edges, etc. Still crashes every now and then, but still a great application for basic editing..."

cheese
"Seems like a great application, but no matter what system I run it on, it can never detect my webcam. Looks like a great application, though..."
4
firefox
"One of the best browsers at the moment! (Midori and Opera are great alternatives)"
5
audacity
"Great application, audio editing is really easy now, however, the design could be improved. Really worth installing."
4
virtualbox-nonfree
"Works just fine, has some problems with Fedora and FreeBSD, though... Would still recommend over VMware and VirtualPC"

virtualbox-4.3
"Works just fine, has some problems with Fedora and FreeBSD, though... Would still recommend over VMware and VirtualPC"

openarena
"Still runs great on older hardware, with fun gamemodes as well! I would recommend it to anyone!"
5
wine
"Not as good as I hoped it would be. Lots of elements are not displayed properly, and a lot of times, Wine does not work at all. Even after installing everything that is necessary to run applications, it still gives errors that files are missing."

recorditnow
"Does not work well at all. It only records 0.1 second of video. Dialog windows can not be closed and the application has to be terminated (kill) when you want to quit. Some elements do not even work."

kazam
"Great design, but odd functionality. Even when set to 60 fps, the framerate of the video is very, very low. Audio recording goes well, but I would still stick with OBS for better results."
3
gimp
"Great application! Very easy to use, lots of features."
5
thunderbird
"Very easy to configure, best e-mail client at the moment!"
5
skype
"Great port to linux, does not look as great as the Mac OS X-version, but still fairly easy to navigate. A few problems occured to me, though. When you install Skype, you can not install new applications, and uninstalling takes a few tries before it works... If those two mistakes get fixed, I think this port would be great."
